DomainPatrol Support


Support for DomainPatrol is provided through Professional Support Services and the DomainPatrol User Forum.

DomainPatrol Professional Support

Get hands-on help when you need it with our remote control incident support.
  • Through remote access (PCAnywhere, VNC or RDP) to your system we will analyze the problem and troubleshoot it
  • Remote control support tickets are 2000 SEK for a single issue ticket
  • Limitations; maximum time spent on the incident is not specified but also not unlimited, we will give it our best effort but cannot guarantee results, if the problem has not been solved in reasonable time we will halt and then discuss any further actions with you
